Ever since she was a little girl, Rachel has been starting businesses. By the age of 11 she had started 3 businesses (not including her amazing sales experience with Girl Scout Cookies). But at the age of 10, she decided she would become a “psycholojest” as she was beginning to get very mixed messages about her entrepreneurship…

On the one hand, her mom always told her to work for herself, but on the other hand she always boasted security (company sponsored health insurance and retirement plans).

  • She was afraid she would go broke working for herself…
  • She was scared about the lack of potential stability…
  • She was scared about not having employer sponsored insurance or retirement plans…
  • She figured by working as a counselor she could fulfill both of her needs for security and entrepreneurship.

We talk about all this and how millennials can step into their greatness. You can find out more about her on her website: www.rachelritlop.com.
