Today’s interview is with Anada Lakra. Anada is the creative half of day100, a recruiting technology startup. She is focused on product development, marketing, and business development. She is passionate about matching companies to the right talent in a way that is technology-enabled but always human-centered. Her goal is to make recruiting both more data-driven AND more human. In addition to this, she organizes the HR Tech Showcase to bring together the HR community in New York. Anada graduated from Yale University, and was a management consultant in a past life.
